the market underserves

From seniors and kids to the vision impaired — 3FS owns and operates brands that unlock incremental category revenue for major CE retailers, without cannibalising mainstream smartphone sales.

Distributed Brands

MOTOROLA · PHILIPS · NICKWATCH · HOME BRANDS

Established partner brands and owned adjacent-category brands carried through the same retail relationships — extending shelf presence and category coverage without needing to build brand equity from scratch.

3FS Platform

SOURCING · COMPLIANCE · LOGISTICS · DIGITAL

Factory relationships across China. Compliance across 5 regulatory environments. Remote team in Australia, Philippines, and India. Multiple active territory websites. The infrastructure is already built.

WHY 3FS

What a global partner
gets on day one

3FS is not a startup seeking distribution partners. It is a decade-built platform with proven retail access, brand equity, compliance infrastructure, and an operational team — across the markets that the world’s leading senior and family device brands have yet to enter at scale.

“Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the South Pacific represent the geographic white space in the global senior and family device category. 3FS already operates there — with the retail relationships, brand trust, and 3,335 active doors to prove it.”

— 3FS STRATEGIC POSITION, 2026

Retailer Access —
Built, Not Promised

3,335 active doors across 16+ major CE retailers and carriers. These relationships represent 100+ combined years of face-to-face retail selling. They cannot be quickly replicated by a new market entrant.

Regulatory & Compliance
Infrastructure

Active compliance management across Australian, NZ, UK, Irish, and South Pacific regulatory environments. ACMA, RCM, and retailer-specific onboarding processes fully navigated.

Proven Category
Positioning

Opel Mobile operates in the same senior, kids, and accessibility segment as the world’s fastest-growing family device platforms. Category demand is proven — sell-through is documented across 10+ years.

Operational Team
Across 5 Countries

A remote-first team spanning Australia, UK, Ireland, Philippines, and India, led by an experienced senior management team with deep industry relationships. The platform runs. A partner acquires capability, not a promise.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

What makes 3FS worth a closer look

Beyond the doors and the territories, this is the part a buyer’s diligence team is really trying to assess.

Owned IP, not just
distribution

Four owned brands (Opel Mobile, Punos, 3Paws, Lucca) plus distribution rights for Motorola, Philips and Nickwatch — a real house of brands with diversified revenue, not a single-SKU business exposed to one product cycle.

Retail relationships that took a decade to build

3,335 active doors across 16+ retailers and carriers, including some of the most demanding vendor relationships in ANZ retail. These take years of face-to-face trust to earn — they cannot be bought or replicated quickly.

A support model that protects margin

Local, Australian-based warranty and customer support that resolves issues rather than escalating them — reducing returns, protecting retailer relationships, and reducing the reputational risk that usually comes with this category.

Already-derisked
growth runway

The senior, kids and accessibility device category remains genuinely underpenetrated in New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and the South Pacific — markets where 3FS already has retail relationships in place, not still to be built.

Flexible commercial
model

White-label, home-brand and network-lock capability means the same platform and supply chain can be reconfigured quickly for a partner’s own exclusive range, a new territory, or a new retailer relationship.

Leadership depth
beyond the founder

A cross-functional senior team already in place across operations, finance, business management, customer service, product and engineering — reducing key-person risk and supporting a smooth transition for an acquirer.

GROWTH TRAJECTORY

A platform built for
what comes next

2019 - 2021

Deepened our Australian footprint with Officeworks, Australia Post, Aldi, The Good Guys, Bing Lee and Betta, and extended distribution brands. Opel Mobile became a reordering line across thousands of doors.

2022 — 2026

Extended JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman ranging into New Zealand. Then, we took Opel Mobile beyond ANZ, landing Argos and Harvey Norman in the UK, DID Electrical and Harvey Norman in Ireland, and Digicel across the South Pacific. Closer to home, we secured ranging with Telstra and Spark, bringing our total to over 3,300 active doors across five territories.

2027 — Beyond

This is where we really begin. Opening our distribution, retail and service infrastructure to the right global partners. The relationships, logistics and local support are already in place, ready for new brands, new categories and the next market.
